White Wine Peach Sangria

Fresh peaches, citrus slices, and a hint of sweetness mingle with crisp white wine and bubbly water in this ultra-refreshing sangria. It’s fruity, not too sweet, and comes together in minutes — just chill and serve.

What you'll need:
1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio)
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 orange (or grapefruit), thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
½ cup peach nectar or white grape juice (for sweetness)
½ cup vodka (regular or peach flavored)
Sparkling water or club soda, for topping
Fresh mint, for garnish
Ice, for serving

How to make it:
In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach nectar, and vodka. Add sliced peaches, orange, and lemon. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 12 hours) so the flavors can infuse.

Add a few handfuls of ice and top off the pitcher with sparkling water or club soda to add a little fizz.

Pour into glasses with extra fruit and ice. Garnish with fresh mint for a cooling touch.

Tips:

  • Replace the vodka with blanco tequila for an earthy, citrusy, and a bolder flavor — great if you want a summery peach margarita meets sangria vibe. Add a splash of orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec) to enhance the peach + citrus notes.

  • Want it sweeter? Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of honey or simple syrup.

  • Make it extra peachy by adding a splash of peach schnapps.
