Rotisserie Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

Rotisserie chicken is seriously the best ingredient. It plays a big brother role in this delicious cordon bleu sandwich. A warm and gooey bun is just what a game day ordered.

What you'll need:
12 count package Hawaiian Buns
1/4 cup mayo
3 Tbsp horseradish
1 lb chicken breast shredded
1 lb deli sliced honey baked ham
8 oz block swiss cheese, or deli sliced
2 Tbsp butter, melted (or 1 egg + 1 tsp water for egg wash)

How to make it:
Preheat the oven to 425° F.

Cut the buns in half lengthwise to separate the top and bottom.

In a small dish, mix together the mayo and horseradish to make a sauce. Spread on the bottom half of the buns. Next, layer the ham and chicken down.

Shred the swiss cheese, or lay deli sliced pieces over the top of the meats. Place the tops of the buns on.

Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash. Loosely place foil over the top and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
