Ranch Knots

These bread knots are packed with zesty ranch seasoning, and made with just three ingredients, and easily dairy free! They're a super quick app or lunch for the kids.

What you'll need: Makes 16 knots

13.8oz refrigerated pizza dough (or make your own dough and use half)
1 Tbl my Dairy Free Homemade Ranch Seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
Top with flaky salt
Serve with marinara or pizza sauce

If you're not dairy free, you can use a ranch packet for ease and top with fresh grated parmesan.

How to make it:
Preheat the oven to 425° F.

Roll out the dough; flatten and shape into an even rectangle. Begin slicing down the center (so each strip is 12" long) with a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Continue to make center cuts until you reach 16 one-inch strips.

Begin tying the knot by crossing though (like a shoelace).

Then tuck the ends in itself (one under, one over) to create a "knot". It doesn't have to be perfect at all, but try to keep them relatively the same size and shape.

Pour the olive oil in a small bowl and add in the ranch seasoning. Mix together then brush over each knot.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they begin to turn golden brown.

After baking, I like to brush them again with the remnants of the olive oil mixture just to give them a fresh shine.

Serve hot and enjoy dipping with pizza sauce.
