Queso
Homemade cheesy dip is so easy to make! This four ingredient queso is incredibly rich and creamy, you won't be able to stop eating.
What you'll need:
1/2 pound deli sliced white American cheese
1/2 pound deli sliced pepper jack cheese
1 (4oz) can diced green chilies (mild or hot), drained
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
Optional additions:
1/2 tsp cumin
diced or canned jalapeños
cilantro
How to make it:
Over medium heat, melt all of the ingredients together for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once fully melted, turn heat to low and serve hot, or pour into a warmed mini crockpot.
As it cools, a top skim will start to develop, just give it a stir and continue to enjoy! Reheat as necessary, or place on a hot plate.
Notes: Store in the fridge and reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
