Pumpkin Caramel Creamer

This homemade pumpkin caramel creamer is the perfect treat to enjoy in your coffee every crisp fall morning - and afternoon.

What you'll need:
14 oz milk-based caramel (condensed milk)
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
large pinch of salt

How to make it:
Over medium heat, whisk all of the ingredients together for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once fully combined, let cool and pour into a large mason jar.

Keep refrigerated for up to one week.

Once cold, it will slightly solidify in the fridge. I like to add 1-2 heaping spoonfuls in each cup. Enjoy!
