Pistachio Crusted Halibut

Halibut is a light and flaky non-fishy fish. Baked with chopped pistachios creates a delicious nutty, bright and flavorful dish. It’s truly restaurant-worthy, yet easy enough to make yourself at home.

What you'll need: Serves 2-4
2-4 (6-8 ounce) halibut filets
1/4 cup chopped no shells lightly salted pistachios
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt + pepper to taste

How to make it:
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Chop the pistachios into finer bits; set aside.

Pat each filet dry with a paper towel. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Spread a thin layer of mayo on the top of each filet.

Press the chopped pistachio pieces onto the fillet to stick to the mayo. Apply generously.

Bake on middle rack for about 10 minutes (depending on the thickness), or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
