Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan & Lemon

Grilled asparagus stays perfectly crisp-tender, keeping its fresh, vibrant flavor. A squeeze of lemon juice and delicate Parmesan shavings add bright, tangy notes that enhance the asparagus’s natural sweetness in every bite.

What you'll need:
1 bundle of fresh asparagus
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Parmesan shavings
Flaky salt to taste

How to make it:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400–450°F). If using a grill pan, preheat it over medium-high heat.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt.

Place the spears directly on the grill grates perpendicular to the bars (to prevent them from falling through). Grill for 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender but still slightly crisp, with light char marks.

Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan. Serve immediately.
