Garlic & Herb Butter
Zhuzhed up herby butter is awesome on a resting steak, delicious used to marinate and sear chicken with, and it's awesome on an Italian loaf toasted in the oven.
What you'll need:
1/4 cup butter
1 Tbsp parsley (dried or fresh)
1/2 tsp garlic (powder or minced)
1/4 tsp rosemary, chopped (dried or fresh)
1/4 tsp thyme
How to make it:
Bring 1/4 cup of your favorite butter (plant-based, grass-fed, ghee) to room temperature. Once soft, add in the dried herbs and mix well.
Refrigerate until firm. Best if used within 2 weeks.
