Edible Cookie Dough Bites

Cookie dough balls with chocolate chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

These little vegan chocolate chip cookie dough bites are delicious little nuggets of heaven.

What you'll need:
1½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) plant butter, room temp
1 cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi sweet df chocolate chips

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350°F then bake flour for 7 minutes. Let flour cool.

Cream butter, salt, sugars, and vanilla in a stand mixer with paddle attachment for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Mix flour into batter on low speed just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Chill for 30 minutes. Dough will stiffen once chilled.

Scoop dough with a 1/2 oz or 1 oz cookie scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, then freeze for 15-30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
