Creamy Garlic White Sauce

This sauce is absolutely delicious on pizza, pasta, potato wedges, as a sandwich spread, and so much more. And it comes together in under 10 minutes.

What you'll need:
2 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup milk (of choice)

How to make it:
Over medium heat, sauté the garlic in olive oil just until fragrant. Don’t let the garlic burn.

Add in the oregano, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in milk and let cook down for 1 minute.

Add in flour to thicken; stirring consistently. Then add parmesan cheese.

You can omit the flour if you want a thinner consistency; the parm will still thicken it a bit itself. Or add pasta water if using as an alfredo sauce.

Notes: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
